Body Lift Before and After Photos in Newport Beach,

Orange County

Orange County Body Lift Patient 18

This is a 43 years old female from Orange County who presented to Dr. Siamaka Agha of Newport Beach plastic surgery for a total body lift after a laparoscopic Roux-en-y gastric bypass. Totaly body lift surgery removes excess skin, lifts, and tightens the skin left behind to create your new body.

The patient desired a multi-staged approach to her total body lift procedure. During the first stage, the patient has an L- brachioplasty of the arms  to remove excess skin and fat deposits, leaving the upper arms with a more pleasing and youthful contour. She also underwent a circumferential abdominoplasty, lower body lift, buttock lift, and fat transfer to her buttocks.  The patient specifically requested for a small degree of buttock augmentation.  This procedure can be performed by using your own fat, which is carefully injected into the buttocks after liposuction of other areas.

During her second stage, the patient had a bra-line upper body lift to correct vertical laxity of the upper back, and liposuction to remove localized fatty tissue to enhance her shape and improve her body contours. Dr. Agha also revised her previous plastic surgery.

Post-operative pictures are taken at 1 year after her initial body lift procedure.

Judge with a Critical Eye

When considering plastic surgery after weight loss or extreme body contouring, body lift before and after photos can say a thousand words. Look at before and after galleries with a critical eye. They can give you a good idea of the possible results and offer a preliminary indicator of a surgeon's experience and skill level. On Dr. Agha’s extensive gallery of total body lift and lower body lift pictures, look at the quality of scars, scar placement in relation to bikini or underwear, symmetry of our scars, and before and after photos from multiple angles to show symmetry of results. However, as you can appreciate, individual results may vary from one patient to another.
