Total Body Lift before and after photos in orange county and los angeles

High-Definition Total Body Lift Patient 7 in Newport Beach

This is a 54-year-old female who presented to Dr. Agha in Orange County, CA for Total Body Lift plastic surgery. The patient had laparoscopic gastric bypass in 2004 at a weight of 325 pounds. Patient lost 127 pounds and weighed 198 pounds at the time of her consultation. She was unhappy with the loose and excess skin of her arms, breasts, abdomen, buttocks, and thighs. She wore a DD bra size and wished to be a C cup size. In order to acheive her desired results, the patient underwent a 3-stage total body lift.

The first stage of surgery included a lower body lift with circumferential abdominoplasty to correct the lower body laxity. Abdominal laxity presents as a large hanging pannus that often extends over the pubic region. The groin region is lax and sagging. Other procedures completed during this first stage were the buttock augmentation, buttock lift, and Dr. Agha's signature procedure, the Spiral thigh lift.

The second stage included L-brachioplasty, bra-line upper body lift, crescent upper body lift, and dermal-bra suspension breast lift. During her final stage, the patient had liposuction of her thighs, vertical thighplasty, and minor revisions. The right breast was reduced to match the left one. Post-operative pictures are taken at 6 months after her total body lift procedure.

Judge with a Critical Eye

When considering plastic surgery after weight loss or extreme body contouring, body lift before and after photos can say a thousand words. Look at before and after galleries with a critical eye. They can give you a good idea of the possible results and offer a preliminary indicator of a surgeon's experience and skill level. On Dr. Agha’s extensive gallery of total body lift and lower body lift pictures, look at the quality of scars, scar placement in relation to bikini or underwear, symmetry of our scars, and before and after photos from multiple angles to show symmetry of results. However, as you can appreciate, individual results may vary from one patient to another.
