High-Definition Total Body Lift Patient 5 in Newport Beach

This is a 32-year-old female from Washington DC who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha in Orange County, CA for a total body lift after losing 140 pounds through laparoscopic Roux-en-y gastric bypass. The patient weighed about 165 pounds before a single-stage total body lift procedure,

This included L- brachioplasty of the arms, crescent upper body lift to correct upper body laxity of the chest and back. She also underwent a breast augmentation with 450 cc implants. To correct breast sagging, she had a peri-areolar mastopexy (breast lift) to also reshape the breasts.

Through the circumferential abdominoplasty incisions, the excess lower back waist, upper thigh, and abdominal tissues were excised. The patients lower body lift also included a buttock lift and upper buttock augmentation with her own lower back tissue to restore buttock projection and form.

To remove excess thigh skin and fat from the thigh to create a tighter, firmer, more toned thigh appearance, this patient underwent a Spiral thigh lift. This is a signature procedure pioneered by Dr. Siamak Agha that to improve the thighs circumferentially by lifting thigh laxity of the front, back, inner, and outer thigh.

Post-operative pictures are taken at 6 months after her total body lift procedure.

Judge with a Critical Eye

When considering plastic surgery after weight loss or extreme body contouring, body lift before and after photos can say a thousand words. Look at before and after galleries with a critical eye. They can give you a good idea of the possible results and offer a preliminary indicator of a surgeon's experience and skill level. On Dr. Agha’s extensive gallery of total body lift and lower body lift pictures, look at the quality of scars, scar placement in relation to bikini or underwear, symmetry of our scars, and before and after photos from multiple angles to show symmetry of results. However, as you can appreciate, individual results may vary from one patient to another.
