Orange County High-Definition Total Body Lift Before and After Photos

High-Definition Total Body Lift Patient 10 in Newport Beach

This is a 48 years old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a total body lift after weight loss through laprascopic gastric bypass surgery.  The patient had a two-stage total body lift procedure. This included L-brachioplasty of the arms, dermal-bra suspension breast lift  and breast augmentation with silicone implants. To adress lower body skin laxity, the patient also had a lower body lift which includes a circumferential abdominoplasty, buttock lift, buttock augmentation with her own lower back tissue, and Spiral thigh lift. Post-operative pictures are taken at 12 months after her lower body lift and at 6 months after her upper body lift procedure.

The aim of body contouring surgery is a customized correction of the lost shape and form. Dr. Agha believes that an understanding of the human anatomy, and the changes that occur through ageing, pregnancy, weight loss, and life style are fundamental for achieving optimal surgical results.

It is important to note that weight-loss surgery is essentially a trade between scars and tighter contour. Body contouring surgery is major surgery and may involve multiple stages. Medical evaluation and clearence for surgery are mandetory.

Judge with a Critical Eye

When considering plastic surgery after weight loss or extreme body contouring, body lift before and after photos can say a thousand words. Look at before and after galleries with a critical eye. They can give you a good idea of the possible results and offer a preliminary indicator of a surgeon's experience and skill level. On Dr. Agha’s extensive gallery of total body lift and lower body lift pictures, look at the quality of scars, scar placement in relation to bikini or underwear, symmetry of our scars, and before and after photos from multiple angles to show symmetry of results. However, as you can appreciate, individual results may vary from one patient to another.
